RECIPE: Pear, Parmesan and Rocket Salad

Ingredients:

5 cups of rocket

2 pears, sliced thinly

1/4 cup shaved parmesan cheese

1/4 cup of raw walnuts

3 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon olive oil

 

Method:

Combine rocket, pear and walnuts in a large bowl.

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over salad.

Toss gently.

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve.
