RECIPE: Green Smoothie


Serves: 1



1 medium banana

1 cup of baby spinach and/or kale

1 tbsp. raw almonds

1 cup of liquid (dairy milk, soy milk, nut milk, water)

1 tsp. maca powder

1 tsp. honey

1/2 cup of ice (optional)

1-2 tbsp. protein powder (optional)



Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy.
