RECIPE: Energy Boost Berry Smoothie


Serves: 1



1 cup of frozen berries

1 cup of liquid (dairy milk, soy milk, nut milk, water)

1/4 cup natural yoghurt

1/4 cup rolled oats

1 tbsp. of nuts, seeds or nut butter of your choice

1/2 cup of ice (optional)

1-2 tbsp. protein powder (optional)



Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy.
