RECIPE: Anti-inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup of pineapple

1 tsp. ground turmeric

1 tsp. chia seeds

1/2 tbsp. fresh ginger, chopped

1 cup water

1/2 cup of ice (optional)

 

Method:

Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into a glass and enjoy.
